Upon logging in to our services, you may come across some issues or errors, so we'll explain them here.

Unable to login to cPanel or web related services:

Your IP address is likely blocked. This could be for a number of reasons, but most likely is because of too many invalid login attempts. Some bans are temporary, while others are permanent. To unblock your IP faster, please make a support ticket either on our Discord, or on our billing panel and we'd be happy to unblock your IP.
